This standing is different than your political standing. I’m a moderate politically, and I’m not partisan.

Socially, I’m conservative. Be gay, idc, doesn’t hurt me. Interracial relationships don’t bother me at all, hell I participate in them, been with black girls, latinas, white girls, etc.

But I do think being transgender is a mental illness.

I do think everybody gets offended way too fucking easy. Constructive criticism and actual insults are different.

I do think masculinity is being persecuted.

In relationships I got two bare minimum standards. No OnlyFans, and anyone you fucked before gotta go.

More in the middle. To sum it up, leave me and mine alone, don't go after kids and don't force anyone, and you'll be left alone. I don't care what you believe or why. I don't care how you vote. I don't care about your religious or spiritual beliefs and why you hold them. I don't care about your sexuality or identity. Etc.

On social issues, I tend to lean more liberal. I don’t care who marries who. I don’t care who uses what bathroom. I don’t care what women do with their own body. I don’t care who smokes weed. I support civil rights and expansion of labor rights and voting rights. I believe in criminal justice reform. I do, however, support gun rights and religious freedom….. so go figure.

The left thinks that all conservatives go to church. They're full of shit. The fact is, the left is stupid, but they can't admit it. There's a simple test to see if you're a liberal or a conservative..
If someone shoots someone with a gun, who do you blame?

A. The gun
B. The shooter

Liberals will always blame the gun. But when you challenge them on this, they will talk about church, bibles and a bunch of other crap.

There’s a few different arguments you could be trying to imply, so I’ll cover them.

•Misuse shouldn’t be the manufacture’s liability.
It’s not misuse. The intention behind a fork is to make eating easier, it accomplished it’s goal. The intention behind firearms is destruction and intimidation. Guns don’t have morals, so using it against a law abiding citizen isn’t misuse. Destruction can include killing, wounding, destroying property, or killing an animal for food. Intimidation would basically mean everybody knows the nature of a gun, you’ll change your course of behavior with one pointed at you.

•You shouldn’t be able to sue for being a victim. With your fork example, you got that product, knowing the full intention of what the product is used for, and you victimized yourself. If I’m a victim of a mass shooter, I didn’t buy that product with the intention of anything. Most likely I was minding my own business and the mass shooter shot me. The mass shooter isn’t a victim. Why would he sue?

No, the lawsuit was about the fact that the bicycle's owner's manual never mentioned that a person's vision is impaired at night. No shit. A three year old knows this, but not the court system.

The court system is very technical and loopholes are exploited. That’s why criminals get away, innocents are convicted, and everything in between. Civil court is no exception. Miscarriage of justice is rampant in court, and not just America’s.
