Um no. Serving in war is just one of many ways to contribute to society. At least in the US, the great majority of men don't serve in war either

They just introduced mandatory military service for women in Denmark. Used to only be mandatory for men.

Also, how are you gonna eliminate female suffrage? Women are more powerful than men in the modern world. It's more likely that male suffrage is eliminated, although I think both scenarios are highly unlikely.

In Denmark there is no violence, so that is a law to give a fantasy of equality, in case of war they would still send only men as cannon fodder.
