The protester was carrying an AK. Which just shows guns don’t make you safer. Killer said he pointed the AK at him. But tons of witnesses say he was pushing his child in a stroller. So that will be a great memory for the child.

The killer’s social media posts says a lot, too.
“I might go to Dallas to shoot looters.” And "I wonder if they will let my [sic] cut the ears off of people who's decided to commit suicide by me.”

Texas Governor says he would pardon him if convicted. But I doubt he will.

I’m seattle and Portland we had normal people trying to get home from work and the rioters if you stopped would pull you out of your car beat you to the point close to death if you were white. If you knew you were coming across a situation where that might happen then you’re going to be firing your gun to keep everyone back. This is why DeSantis passed a law saying if you’re rioting on the free way and you get run over or shot that’s your fault and there will be no charges president against you.

A Texas jury found Daniel Perry guilty of murder because he intentionally drove into a protest and opened fire on someone who was not threatening him. He wasn't protecting anyone, he thought he could get away with murder because of ridiculous gun laws.

You totally ignored that it was Republicans counting the votes and telling Trump he'd lost (not to mention two companies he hired to look into it), and that SCOTUS is not trusted because Republicans pushed partisan extremists, liars, and bribe-takers onto the court against the wishes of representatives of the majority of Americans.

It's very easy to compare politicians against each other. Conspiring to steal the presidency with other Republicans is far worse than anything any American politician has ever done, including attempting secession.

There is no such law, but when they attack you you have a right to defend yourself.
