You realize that there is a federal law in effect prohibiting this, right? I mean conservatives are probably trying to do something against it, at least that would make sense. It was their argument in roe vs. wade, they are not all against it but it shouldn't be a decision on federal level.
I dont support this! I am pro-choice but this is for me the same as murder. It is literally after starting birth so there isn't even an argument for me if this a actual abortion. Like I said I am pro-choice but my opinion is, that abortions, aside from medical emergencies, shouldn't be allowed after the first trimester.
Absolutely not! Regardless of people’s opinions once the baby is partially out and you can see the baby move it’s a human. You can’t deny that. If the mother wants to kill it she should be charged for murder. I will never understand how something like this is legal. The killing of innocent babies who were only alive for few minutes out of the mothers body. Smh.
