Why is it that when conservatives sue in the courts it is justice but if liberals do the same back its a witch hunt?

Why is everything conservatives do in the court justifiable and sanctimonious and anything liberals do in the courts is met with suspicion and guilty even when proven innocent. For example, people are defending anything trump or conservatives do and even though no one found any wrong doing on hillary for benghazi or her email scandals, some people are still convinced she committed a crime depite heing exonerated or all charges. Yet if trump is PROVEN GUILTY OF A CRIME Everyone is so quick to defend and give conservatives and trump the benefit of the doubt and there is always a big crowd willing to condemn and even join in and then blame both sides for division because they don't want to upset their KKKonservative allies but no one will ever put all the blame on conservatives but if a liberal puts any or all blame on conservatives then everyone says we are wrong for blaming all conservatives for anything to do with trump but they don't have a problem putting all blame on democrats even if no Democrat has anything to do with wrong doing. Us politics is so frustrating even more so on the internet.
