I mean, plenty of couple don't get pregnant "the old fashioned way" - and there's still love.

There are couples out there, who do not wish for children - and there's still love.

Are you trying to say, the only reason you'd love a woman is if he gave you children - without, there's no love? Infertile women can't become mother's the traditional way - are they not loved? Men who can't father children, they not loved?

Nonsense. Love isn't dependent on sex. Just look at all the people that are in loving relationships despite not being interested in sex, or not being able to have sex anymore (due to old age or injuries for instance).
