Question

1. Protect freedom of speach. As long as it's not threatening someone to put them in real danger is okay. The major social media sites has to protect freedom of speach to function in US.

2. Rapists will only be sentenced by evidance and they will be sentenced to death emidietly. No medical tests. Minimum use of money. same with murderers.

3. Schools have to teach basic biology. Also finance, applying for jobs, manners and safety classes.

4. Child support is only demaned to be payed by the biological parents. This will only be for the child's basic needs. The parents can still spoil the kid if they can and want but it's not a must. When both parents work it will be split 50/50. In other cases it will be discussed for the childs best interrest first.

5. People can't get married drunk... vegas👀

6. Doctors have to be honest about side effects and have to understand basic science. No more lying about birth control, hormone blockers and so on. They will loose their liescense permently if they do so.

7. Children will not be able to medically transition until they turn 18. This will not be taxed payed. As kids they can still dress however they like and so on but sterilizing kids is illegal. And transwomen can't compete against biological women in sports.

8. Abortion will only be availble in EXTREME cases where the mother's life is threatened or the doctor already know the baby will die by itself very soon etc.

9. When getting a divorce their economy will be kept separate. Unless one stays home with the kids that person will have their basic needs payed until finding a job. The job search will have to be documented.

10. You can only own a gun from age 18 up. You can't have a violent criminal record. And you can never have it inside a kindergarten or a school.

I would've but here are flaws.

2. While the issue of rape is actually very serious, setting a really harsh penalty can only result to them being more likely to get away with it more. Because in order for one to face such penalty, evidence have to be so clear and detailed which is actually a harder to thing to prove when it comes to rape cases in order to get someone executed. But if a not so detailed evidence is what's accepted, what if he's actually innocent who got executed immediately before he could provide an alibi? You can't undo an execution. There are false convictions happening which isn't any less of an issue as rape cases. A "rapist" who turned out to be innocent are freed from jail usually after 10-20+ years and sometimes not even freed even if they are innocent. So meaning to say there could still be innocent accused victims in jail that aren't proven innocent or just yet in a span of less than 10 years. And even if they are free, they can't get a job for having such record and everything they have is already taken away from them and they'd be too old to start over. I'd rather make the penalty lighter for a lower evidence standards and that's the same for false accusers.

8. Saying a fetus is considered a "someone" just boils down to a point of view which is clearly why you'd only allow abortion under those circumstances. Anyone can have a different point of view about a fetus as well and don't buy your point of view viewing fetus as a "someone". I'd say abortion should be legal in all circumstances also because there are terrible mother/parents who could raise children to be malnourished, mistreated, neglected, and can be a terrible child who could potentially be a terrible adult. That can happen to a child even if the parent's/mother's life is not endangered. Now if you say "If you don't want accidents, keep your legs closed" is just like saying "You're not allowed to have fun because accidents can happen" So how about if you're playing at the playgrounds and you broke your arm? That means you're not allowed to go to the doctor because you have to live with it for playing at the playgrounds. You're not allowed to fix that accident same way you can't fix an accident for having sex last night. I don't even mean for it to be taken for granted because abortion already has it's own consequences like the risk of death, hormonal imbalances and the cost. At least make the process expensive and hard to keep them for taking it for granted for their own health.

9. You're giving the house wife/husband a chance to abuse the divorce law and to threaten and manipulate their spouse to do whatever they want them to do because they're gonna get all the benefits in divorce. And that's law seems to be made just to discourage anyone who wants to be housewives which is what a lot of men actually wanted. Maybe a quarter for the house wife would just be fine if they both are sharing thesame bank. But keeping bank accounts separate should be encouraged.

Doctors do understand science. That's why they are doctors. They will also tell you side effects which incidentally come with a leaflet in your meds explaining the odds anyway.

The people who bang on about freedom of speech the most are those that wish harm on others, whether it be physical or discrimination.

What exactly do you consider enough evidence in rape to execute a man? Risks too many rapisist getting away with it because jury's are afraid of getting it wrong.

Abortion should be free and easily available with support.

No one should be allowed a gun without a valid reason e. g hunting.

Anti divorce laws are just a ploy to make it difficult for battered housewives to leave abusive husbands aren't they.

You have some excellent ideas. There was a concept in the book “starship troopers” that you couldn’t vote or have kids unless you did some kind of service job (military, first responder, community service). I’d support that. Also, if you’re receiving government assistance then you can’t vote. If you don’t maintain a job you can’t have kids (at least one spouse). Guys will pay child support to any baby mamas and if there’s more than one, forced sterilization. If she has two baby daddies, same for her.

2. while I'm OK with capital punishment for rapists, there's a reason our justice moves at a snails pace in cases of capital punishment. Our justice system is built on the belief off innocent until proven guilty. Better 10 guilty men go free then to execute an innocent man.

3. What about school funding? Most educators would say they overworked and underfunded as is.
