People in the house and senate and president are leaders of the free world, they shouldn’t be allowed to cry on the floor of congress. I think if you cry on this house or senate floor, you should probably be expelled from the house or senate.

No this was very common throughout history. Could you imagine of the original continental congress had met in Philadelphia Pennsylvania ended up crying on the Senate floor.
