Americans - why & how has the "greatest country" become a country where denegrative or unsavory behaviour isn't just acceptable it's encouraged?

I'm not American. I was born in Africa, grew up in Europe & lived in a lot of countries throughout the world. I am in the USA because well... we're setting up a satellite company here & once that's done I'm going back to Europe.

Anyway if you compare the United States to many, many other countries it is a country of denegrative behaviors and conduct rather than a country of decent respectable rapport

I mean
In Europe if there's a car accident people are prone to helping, offering support and generally assisting those involved or emergency providers
In America if there's a car accident people are prone to video recording it & even getting in the way of and/or as happened assaulting emergency service providers.

I mean
In Europe feminism is honoured as meant to be in that it is more towards equality between men and women, women are given respect & are allowed to vote, etc., etc., but they dress & act like respectable contributing members of society.
In America on other hand feminism has become a symbol of barking orders, demands to be respected, with some members even terrorizing those that don't. While the average woman who calls herself a "feminist" dresses cheaply, acts like a prostitute, and is less likely to contribute to society.

And there's many, many other comparables between Europe and America. I'm talking Europe, Europe and excluding the UK. The UK is no better than America if not worse what when countries like Ireland has an appallingly high schooling failures, welfare numbers, etc. and child out of wedlock statistics for such a small population.
