I'm getting pushed by someone, who has helped me a lot to cut my hair short and I don't want to do that. I want to keep my hair long and beautiful.
That someone strongly believes that my hair gets in my way with girls and people and has a very VERY strong opinion that my long hair is fugly and needs to be cut. He is in his late 50s.
I have invested money in my hair including minoxidil 5% to combat my androgenetic alopecia, anti dandruff spray and anti-frizz sprays and a hair straightener to groom my hair. it doesn't look as perfect as on the girls or like in the pictures below but I am doing what I can.

simple. take care of it. wash it often so it does not look greasy. plus, add some extra steps to your bathing routine to make your hair look shiny and healthier. because the main problem with long hair in men is that they have absolutely no idea how to take care of it, therefore it looks awful.
Don't forget there is a variance of opinions on just about everything. Some women will like that.
That is exactly how i think. I can't do this to myself knowing i won't like it and that my chances with the girls won't change much after all.
