Should uber drivers (service workers in general) have a right to deny customers service due to safety concerns?
Example SOB murdered a mother of 4. He was out, with a gun, after prior violations.
Another example I previously posted about the ticket agent that met 911 terrorist "Atta" and suspected a problem. If he had full power to make decisions, he may have saved a lot of misery. But "fear" of discrimination stopped that thought process.
Back to the story... If I was driving an Uber and saw someone that looked like this dude, I'd want the right to floor it, or deny in advance. No booking by someone else. Do you support this right? He's scary looking. I've dealt with someone like this... dangerous. If you want to pick him up... go ahead.
Granted... if they did floor it, she would have likely been shot at with a 9mm from a distance.

Second question, should we actually be putting people in prison whom are dangerous rather than taking undo risk? E. g. err on the side of safety in court decisions?
