It’s more so that you have to incentivize good behavior and punish bad behavior. Think of it like this… In the USA you have 83% of Blacks that support Black Lives Matter (BLM) a militant socialist racial supremacist group that carries out domestic terrorist operations within our major cities. In many Democrat controlled cities, these terrorists rob stores, damage property, assault and murder civilians and authority figures, etc. and the local response is to give them a slap on the wrist, release them from jail or not even arrest them in the first place, and often pass laws that grant them special privileges over other races. Certain groups of people continue to grant them charitable donations that keeps their terrorist operations well funded. Democrats do this to gain political influence in the Black community and keep that voting block under their thumb. So long as the Blacks obey their masters, the masters keep up the cherade. That is the wrong way to deal with a terrorist group. Overtime the “company culture” as it were proliferates in the community. Blacks are raised not knowing right from wrong. They are fed propaganda to brainwash them that they are oppressed and so on and eventually the slave masters will lose control of the situation.
This is a very good parallel to Hamas in Gaza. Hamas was a very small group of militant radials with a religious and racial supremacy message within the Muslim Brotherhood. They had very limited influence and power years ago. But to counteract Yasser Arafat and gain political power Democrats in America and Israeli intelligence agencies funded Hamas. Democrats in America (i. e. Obama) made deals with Iran which funneled down to groups like Hamas and Mossad had a budget to donate to Mosques in Gaza which would foster Hamas’ power within the Palestinian power block. They wanted political control and then I guess you could say, they lost control… Not too different from the American CIA’s grip on al-Qaeda or the Democrats current grip on Black Americans.
When you have a criminal terrorist organization, you need to break them up and disassemble them. You need to be hard on crime or eventually you will lose control of that monster you are attempting to steer. You need to work on economic development (i. e. manufacturing) for low education population sectors so that there is opportunity to do the right thing in life so that people become productive and fruitful. You need to cut off welfare so that people don’t become dependent on the government. You don’t want government slaves terrorist cells in your country. You want free men that have a positive direction in life. These sorts of situations can be solved in the Middle East just as they an be solved in American inner cities, but there are power hungry groups that don’t want these situations fixed. They leverage these monsters they have created to create the level of chaos they need to pursue their own selfish objectives at the expense of the civilians.
