You do not have "the right" to be happy. You have the right to TRY to achieve a degree of happiness, but success in getting there is not a "right"- it's not guaranteed, only the chance to TRY!

No, people have a right to their opinions (at least where I live). People will judge you no matter what. Everybody does that whether they say it or not. I would say just try not to care and continue living and enjoying your life.

A person can be happy. But you'll ALWAYS be judged by others. It's best just to make your peace with that. Unless somebody is a loved one I don't even care what they think of me. I think that's the best way to be.
