You do not have "the right" to be happy. You have the right to TRY to achieve a degree of happiness, but success in getting there is not a "right"- it's not guaranteed, only the chance to TRY!
No, not really. You're going to get judged by some people; it's just a fact of life. But everything should be kind to each other regardless of their personal opinions that they have about those people.
“Judge” has come to imply inherently negative. It’s okay to not choose or want something different for yourself, but try to be kind to everyone else. You don’t know their whole stories.
No, people have a right to their opinions (at least where I live). People will judge you no matter what. Everybody does that whether they say it or not. I would say just try not to care and continue living and enjoying your life.
it would be great but people are gonna judge no matter what you do or how well intentioned you are so just live the best you can and fuck the haters!

No one has the right to not be judged. That's just silly.
And no one has a right to be happy, per se. People deserve the right to freedom to do what they want and seek happiness, but that's all.

A person can be happy. But you'll ALWAYS be judged by others. It's best just to make your peace with that. Unless somebody is a loved one I don't even care what they think of me. I think that's the best way to be.
What would be the point of free speech if people couldn’t judge others for their fucked up opinions?

Right to be happy? Yes--of course! Right not to be judged by others? Sorry--they do not deserve that right. Others have freedom of conscience and so retain the right to judge.
yeah you are so certain that you won't be judgmental but all straight women have problem with straight men wants to become cross dressers. everyone has limitation.

People are gonna judge anyways
So it's better to not let anyone have a control on your state of mind

For an AND to be true, both parts have to be true, so false.
Their judgment is only valid if I judge them as competent
People should only focus on how to improve their own lives

Define Happy because a sadist and psycopath might get happiness from torturing people should we not judge them and take action?
Depends if its for their own good or for attention or to make someone feel worse, put of toxicity.

Yes, everyone should be happy at least part of the time.
What would be the point of free speech if people couldn’t judge others for their fucked up opinions?

Yeah... Okay a pedophile should not be judged? A fat tub of human who's 400 pounds? Sorry judge yes...
As an independent thinker I respect people's opinions but don't judge or disrespect my opinions or you will be canceled
