How do you feel about mandatory paternity testing?

First of all, I think it is a fantastic idea. I think it would cut down on scandalous women cheating just because they want money and a decent woman has nothing to worry about.

Here is my story... after boot camp, I started banging some model for a few months and then I was sent overseas and I quit talking to her over a few months. Years go by, I get out of the military, I get married, and I become a stay-at-home father. So out of the blue, I find out she (the model I was banging all those years ago) is searching for me and wants child support. Fortunately for me, the mutual acquaints had no loyalty to her. She went back to her boyfriend after she was cheating on him with me and convinced her boyfriend that the baby was his. All these years she never said anything to me... she basically sh! t all over him and me. She didn't know my real name either which also saved MY WIFE from having to pay for child support for my baby. So my kid is over 18 now, but I'm still scared to contact him because I could be got for that backpay. Think about that...1 woman basically really dicked over 3 of us dudes (including my son who I'll never have a relationship with) and all for what? She obviously didn't keep that boyfriend and her secret got out (bet she cheated on him more with other dudes). I think she was a piece of shit for all of it and a mandatory paternal test would've stopped her in her tracks.

So how do you good people feel about mandatory paternity testing?

It's a fucking terrible idea and unnecessary. Paternity testing is something like 50-80% accurate anyway, depending on the lab and quality of test type used.

Also, you are really that shit brained to think murders, rapists, and other criminal cases can wait while some insecure fuckwit gets a paternity test done?

Lab space is premium, and more time spent on stupid tests like this, are less time that space can be used to solve crimes and resolve other issues. Paternity testing is not like a covid test. There is a lot of work involved.

Yes! I know right? I don't know and I'm avoiding the bitch because I just don't know. The fucking kid probably isn't mine and she's simply trying to pin me for the money... Isn't that fucked up too?

There is like multiple scenarios that could be going on and they're all so fucked up that I just don't want anything to do with any of it. Every angle I look at it from. She told me she was broke up with that dude, then gets back with him as soon as I'm overseas... I don't even know who she lied to the most! Was it him, me, that kid? I have no way of really knowing unless I put myself in peril. That brings me to another very, very scary second thought about it...

What if that kid isn't really mine at all? She's in California... family court there... what if I went there and some ultra-liberal judge just said, "It doesn't matter if it's yours or not... pay her, and back pay her, or prison time." ? It actually happens...

The kid probably is mine. The kid looks just like mine... she's white, my current wife is Asian... and they both look the same. I have very distinctive teeth... I have the T-Rex teeth of human kind. I was onced knocked out and he proceeded to punch me after I was knocked out, and he not only lacerated his own hand... he broke his arm. They're very sharp and spaced out kind of like a crocodile's teeth. Both the kids have that feature which you don't see very often at all. The bright blue eyes and blond hair compared to the dark brown hair and honey brown eyes is like the only real difference... I blame the Mom's for that difference. Anyways... that's the part that has me sort of believing... yeah that kid is probably mine. That ultra muscular and lanky look, the teeth that could literally break bones... most humans are not built like me. They just are not.

Someone might step in here and tell me I should just step up and pay... I started my own life and have my own kid that I got to know about. I don't want to downgrade my wife's, my kid's, and my own life to pay out the ass for some shit I never knew about until like almost 14 years later.

I am so glad she didn't know my real name or enough info to fuck my life up as well as the lives of my current family I've been with for almost 2 decades now.

Can understand all of that. I've heard of quite horrendous stories along those lines which are just wrong.

I know a woman who was dark and in a relationship with a white guy. They had her baby. Her baby because she got pregnant to a bouncer on a girls weekend. She then decided she didn't like being a mom so she abandoned.

Hmmm I mean I think maybe... my brain got flooded with anti- and pro- arguments to that at once.

I think since it's just a simple saliva swab it would prevent all kinds of deception with such a quick maneuver... on the other hand, if the dude is knowingly stepping into a role... let him sign the birth certificate and be financially responsible. I think the real father should still be noted though... What if the "hero" of hers get's hit by a bus and ripped in half... child support gotta come from somewhere right. Couples take foster kids all the time as well (this is another pro-argument) and what if it's just a dude that really wants a kid that isn't his... because he was born with no balls or got his pecker chopped off when he was a kid by his Mom that wanted him to be trans at 10 years old... he just really wants a kid, that isn't his. Like a sperm doner situation as well.

I think my own bias comes from deceptive women tricking a dude, and a court judge, into making that dude responsible against his will.

That could bring issues though as well... like will they start tracking us by our own DNA like the Chinese do already? Or like we already do with criminals? It could start DNA records where health insurance agencies could look at that info and decide if you're good enough for their health insurance... up your monthly price due to a genetic disposition type of stuff.

I guess I should ask why you wouldn't want a dude that is not the father to not know the kid isn't really his? Why would you do something like that?

It won't be profitable. When cheating is gone, all the partnered chicks will stop buying beauty products to look fuckable... unless they capitalize on a very effective BC method.

Not profitable to the state/government that will be paying out the wellfare benefits if they can't find a baby daddy. They of course want the baby because that is another warm body to pay taxes... and a lot of the warm bodies they let in through the border don't pay those taxes.

That's the state/gov though... just any angle you look at them with... they just want their fucking money. For instance, if you do pay, you pay the state/gov and they take a cut of that, and then they pay the woman. WTF they're blatant middlemen.

These laws made sense when women couldn't vote, work, or own property... well... equality right? Now a woman can't name one real right I have that she doesn't. Sure she might pop off with stupid assumptions like "I have the right to walk down a dark street at night" or some dumb shit like the wage gap... but only a smooth brain eats that stuff up and we know the stats and the scenarios prove both wrong.

It's a great idea since even asking for it is going to put the man in a bad position and if he doesn't ask for it he is still an event vulnerable position. This takes the pressure and blame completely off of him and basically eliminates paternity fraud.
