You can't ban people for their believes, only their actions. Regardless only a State can ban organizations, and the almost non-existence organizations like the NAZI and KKK would be near the bottom of the list of banned organizations list.

You should first ban the Gang membership who commit nearly half of all crimes and 13% of all homicides.

Almost no crime in the last 60 years was killed in connection membership of the KKK by contrasts making the organization almost as harmless as it is few in number.

As far as I'm concerned, there aren't enough Nazis or KKK to be worried about. It's not like they are popular. If they commit crimes, they should go to prison. But so should antifa and BLM radicals.
