who the hell is saying yes to this lol - no one kills themselves solely because one person tells them to, there's usually underlying mental health problems happening - even if they did it solely because someone told them to, i think the guilt they'd live with is punishment enough

I understand where you are coming from with the question , however since it’s a law, there can’t be much opinion around it. There’s a reason they made it a law, and when something is made a law it’s because there’s factual studies all around why it became a law.
