As a pro-life person I believe that the morning after pill doesn't cause abortion except in rare cases, which there is always a risk with in terms of medication. Therefore it is ok.

Because technically it is abortion. It prevent the fertilized egg, which is arguably alive, from implanting in the wall of the uterus. It can also block ovulation or prevent fertilization.
