A man sets up an unlicensed medical practice but makes all his customers sign a contract acknowledging that he is not a licensed physician? Ok or no?

Brilliant question, Hawk.
Yesterday I bought an Airsoft pistol from a guy who is running an illegal operation in his basement. 😭🤣
He's the coolest guy ever! He lives in a small house, and he's just trying to put food on the table. If he had to pay for all of the ridiculous licensing needed, he would be in line at the soup kitchen.
He said that Facebook banned him for selling firearms. 😭😭🤣🤣
He told me another guy was banned for selling Lego guns. 😁😄
Lego? Are you fucking kidding me?
You could pick up your Samsung Galaxy and have any of these products delivered to your door, tomorrow!
The left views Luigi Mangione a hero for murdering a man. Okay, so do we really need to call in the SWAT team to move in on these illegal LEGO dealers? 🤣🤣
Thanks for the m h o
No. he is not licensed and is culpable under the law. And chiropractors think they are doctors but they aren't. at most their
physical therapists.
Are you sure itâs a contract and not a liability waiver? I knew a tv show set up around that idea. An unlicensed but incredibly skilled surgeon going around saving lives at the cost of what he believes a life is worth â which is several million dollars. In reality, you probably shouldnât go to an unlicensed doctor for treatment, but if youâre made aware of that and sign a document stating as much then thatâs your own fault at that point. Itâs fine
This is just a question I took from a morality test. This is all the context they gave lol
I see it as okay, questionable but not inherently harmful
I think yes he is being open and transparent so the patients can only blame themselves if things go wrong. Hopefully they check he's got a good rep and maybe he will do good work and help people who cannot otherwise afford it.

Legally no but morally if he's an actual doctor healing people and not a quack it's OK
Probably wouldnât stop lawsuits. But he could be better than a licensed doctor. Since he wouldnât be government regulated.
As long as he is transparent about his practice not being licensed.
Thats not légal no matter if the people agree or not this is not légal and not ok
The question isn't whether it's legal or not. It clearly states it's not. The question is about whether you think it's OKAY
He is practicing medicine without a license, which is illegal.
The question wasn't whether it was legal or not. There are some pretty stupid laws out there. I'm asking how you feel about it
Everyone knew what they were signing up for so...
Pretty sure there are laws preventing that from happening.
Practicing VooDoo without a license is still a crime.
As a Liberterian nothing is more sacred then an agreement... or as the pirates of the carrabiean called it an accord.
I wouldnât wanna work there
Nope!
