When you examine the American diet, you see that roughly 75 calories a day out of a 2,000 calorie diet come from fruits and vegetables minus white potatoes and fruit juices which are refined sugar primarily. So what you are claiming is that Americans will starve to death if they lost 26 calories a day which is 1.3% of their diet. Worse yet for your case is that 20% of agricultural products in the USA are exported to other nations including a number of mechanically harvested fruits and vegetables. So in the event that certain fruit or vegetable cops we less available, Americans could just export less food to other countries and slightly modify their diet to pick up 26 extra calories a day in the form of some mechanically harvested fruit of vegetable /of their choice. Then when you actually examine farm workers that are hand picking crops, only 42% of them are illegal allies. There are legal migrants and other immigrants that do the work as well as native born workers who get 58% of the job done. So we could take that 1.3% and multiply it by 0.42 for the illegal alien contribution which would bring it down to 0.5% of the American diet. It’s also possible to get more legal workers with higher wages or to import more foreign produce from other countries. Your entire position is silly.
