She added me on Facebook but doesn't reply at all

A girl I met when I was 15 1/2 and went on a date on with added me on Facebook but every time I try chatting her up, she doesn't reply. It always says "seen" so she's definitely seeing the messages. I'm not into her but I do have a couple questions I'd like to ask her, one of them being why did she add me (we have a history). She sent me the request and I accepted so it's not like she wasn't trying to reach out but I just can't seem to get her to answer at all. I'm 24 years old now, by the way. I have a couple questions

1. Girls, have you ever added a guy and then just not talked to him at all? Explain why you did this.

2. Guys, have you ever had a girl add you and then not talk to you at all?

3. Should I delete her?

I had something like this happen to me recently , I added this girl I had meet in town and we had talked /hung out in person a couple times . so I added her to Facebook and a couple days later tried to chat with her , sent a simple message but no reply , tried a couple days later no reply , tried the next week no reply . couldn't ever get her to reply or explain to me why she didn't want to chat on Facebook , still technically friends with her on Facebook even though we don't talk on that site , it was all very frustrating so this kind of thing does happen and is very frustrating especially when you though the person was interested in getting to know you and chat with you on the site

I guess she's thinking that you are trying to seduce her or something like that. She may be like that: "I just added him, what does he want from me?" She's probably getting you wrong. Think about the questions you made and how they could get misunderstood.

I've sent just random friend requests for no reason before. I just see someone I know sometimes on Facebook, and think, "Why not." I rarely do this, but I have before. It means nothing.

If she won't reply to your messages, just delete her.

If she isn't replying at all, she probably just isn't interested in talking to you. Personally I think it's a bit rude to not reply at all!
