My brother owned one for many years. They are quite stable, except when cornering fast. The advantage was that you could drive one on a motorbike licence, so you didn't need to pass a car test. The disadvantage was that the body was made of fibreglass, so a bump would break the body work, and as my brother found, you could lose a door if you let it loose in a high wind. You could, however, make a fairly good repair if you knew how to use fibreglass, which we did. There were a lot of them on the roads in the seventies, but you rarely see them now.

Anything that is not a station wagon.
I've seen a 3-wheeled car, it was in SC near my grandparents' house. When i was little there used to be this show called Monster Garage (i miss it) that my parents watched, and on one episode these guys fixed up an old school bus where it can convert into a boat. They even painted pissed off schoolkids on the windows lol. And they took it out into the water and the sides of the bus went down and it was instantly a boat

If the UK is the same as the US, the reason they don't throw on the 4th wheel, is because with 3 wheels, they're classified as a motorcycle. Motorcycle don't have to undergo crash testing. That saves the company a lot of money. If they added the 4th wheel, it would cost them a fortune.
Anyway, the Tango is made in my state. They're fully electric and go like a bat out of hell.
They can legally drive side by side.
Even George has one.I have never seen that! I've seen lots of rat rods at car shows kind of like this one. And I love Mr. Bean!! He is sooo funny.
You really don't see those a lot now.
I can't remember the last time I did, come to think of it. I think they were taxed as a motorcycle, and not as a car, so that was an advantage of them. I can't really think of too many others, lol.I am not from the UK.
In 2014 I saw, not a three wheeler (I've never seen those) but something called a Humber SuperSnipe. I found out that they were big in the 50s and 60s. It was the first and only time in my life that I had ever laid eyes on such a car. The guy who owned it later advertised it for sale, asking for $65,000.00.I have driven a three wheeler vehicle once once. It wasn't much different from riding a bike... cause it has handles like in a bike, with accelerator and clutch (all operated with the hands)
I've never seen three wheelers with steering wheels with ABC (accelerator, break, clutch) operated with the foot 🤔Also in England, this:
The the USA, this:When i was a kid i had a friend whose dad drove one of these. If i remember correctly he could drive it for 30 minutes before he had to recharge it.
The bubblegum car
https://goo.gl/images/cPbQqzI’ve seen loads of three wheeled cars driving around where I live, they look weird
I bet they are difficult to drive in the snow when there is a line of snow down the middle of the lane.
I have wanted that car for a long time!! I really like how Mr Bean always tips it over. I even looked for one to buy not long ago.
Reliant Robin, I think. I knew someone who had had one, but I've never driven one myself.
smart cars, PT cruisers (but in a good way), mini coopers
I saw one of those old timey car that looked like a Model T.
I've never seen a three wheeled car but I've seen three wheeled motorcycles.
I grew up in the days of Ford Pinto, Chevy Vega the Thing... can get more weirder
I haven't driven one but I've been a passenger in one. It's no different to a regular car.
