It's difficult to explain why it's important, and I might elaborate, but does anyone recognize it?

To me, it looks like an aircraft's artificial horizon gauge that is placed sideways or the peaks of a sound bar as used in music studios or music applications.

Now, since you placed your question in the "Relationships" topic, I must assume it has to do in a way or another with such a relationship. Perhaps a meter to determine how compatible you and a target person are.

My guess is probably just as good as anyone's that has never seen this kind of graphic on a smartphone as an application.

I do remember her and I had asked her numerous times why she acts the way she did. At first she was nice and replied giving her views but then, when she thought I had forgotten the issue, she deleted my reply where I gave her some hints.

Since then, I automatically hide her posts as spam and freeze her account as spammer.

I have no idea, all I know is that my voice memos application looks similar that. However, it might show a notification for different cellphones. I have an iPhone, it might show differently for androids and others.
