Do I have the right to be annoyed about this, or am I overreacting?

Is it okay to be annoyed at people who use lifts or elevators when they could easily use escalators or stairs?

I am a mum who has a baby in a pram! This means I myself, along with people in wheelchairs and even some elderly people, am not in a position to use the escalators or the stairs. However, I am finding quite a lot of people, like school kids who are very capable of using the escalators and even walking up the stairs, will use the lifts; some will even push in front of you to get on, ignoring the fact you were there first. There are times when they push past you, which sometimes forces us to wait until the lift either comes back up or comes back down.

I find it extremely frustrating that so many people who are very capable of using the escalators and stairs are using the lifts instead, sometimes stopping those of us who genuinely need to use the lifts. Sometimes I actually want to tell them off.

Do I have the right to be annoyed about this?

Before anyone says anything. The escalators are not safe to take a pram on them and they even have warnings advising you not to do this as it's a safety thing.

I can't believe the amount of selfish people who think it is perfectly okay for those who have no disability and who are veey capable of using the escalators and stairs that right next to the lift to push past someone who is elderly, in a wheelchair and even has a pram to take our spot on the lift especially when none of us can use the escalators or stairs because security won't allow anyone who has a pram to use the escalators because of safety reason and the risk a child could get injured
