How much air did you have left? Iโm going soon and Iโm a little worried.
plus the wetsuit lol.

I am a certified diver. A full tank usually lasts an hour. I used to have the dive shop pump in a few extra pounds and I could get another 5 or 10 minutes. The wetsuit will keep you warm and it is very buoyant. So buoyant you will need a weight belt to stay underwater. You need to adjust the weights on the belt so you have neutral buoyancy. I would suggest you take a course at the local YMCA. It is not as easy as it looks.
yes, I'm on the dive team for the fire department.
it's great, I love recreational diving, body recoveries not so much but it's what we do.
Take the lessons and get certified, not from some guys friend that "knows" how to dive.
They will teach you what you need to know to stay alive.

Yes. I did the pool sessions and didn't have any problems. We got a condo on Catalina for the ocean dives over the weekend, 2 on each day. I did the Saturday dives but was in so much pain in my ears due to trouble equalizing that I couldn't do the Sunday dives so didn't get certified. Haven't done it since - I stick to snorkeling. A lot less gear to haul.
How restrictive was the wetsuit?
It was pretty uncomfortable out of the water. In the water it didn't seem too restrictive. Not as free as being without one of course, but the water here is pretty cold if in for any length of time, especially 50 feet down.
I thought about doing it but I seen too many shark movies. 🫤
Nope, my fat ass would float 😂
Nah thereโs a weight belt lol
Nope not a two bit sea hooker
