She left me, I'm with someone else now, she's all shocked?

She's jealous. I doubt that she really wants YOU (no offense meant to you); I think she's more jealous that you found someone first.

Ha ha. You did well, if this new girl is better to you than the old. You did the right thing (oh, minus the begging. You probably learned your lesson. Don't beg. If you DO choose to beg for a woman back, make sure it's a WOMAN you're begging for (someone special. A wife or something, etc) and not some immature little girl in a woman's body). You did well and that is the best revenge, not that revenge was what you were going for.

This girl is your ex for probably many many reasons. Keep those reasons close to you. Don't badmouth her, don't hate her, but continue to live well and improve your situation, and you'll do fine.

I think she's putting out the desperation feelers. If she tells your friends to tell you that there's a possibility you two might get back together, then you'll be more likely (in her mind at least) to come running back to her.

She wants to win. But it's not so much winning YOU back. She doesn't really care about you, but it's bragging rights that she got you back. She turned a man back from a girl. She stole you. "Ain't she hot stuff now!"

If she happened to be dating someone earlier than you had, and the guy was so spectacular, she wouldn't care. She "won" him. She won. But the fact that you happened to find someone more quickly than her, and probably better quality, now she's mad she dumped you and wants to play games she thinks she can win. Not a great train in a woman you'd want to date.

She's a teen girl. Her logic is most likely pretty screwed up. You're asking for logic with an illogical creature, which is impossible. But I'd like to think I've learned how things work to a degree in the real world.

First of all, I just want to say good on you for turning the table on her. Secondly I want to say I have to agree with GoodManDave and UnknownFox. This whole time she thought she would never lose you and all of a sudden you've moved on to someone else, she probably started to realise what she is missing and started feeling jealous.

I also don't think getting back with her is a good idea because she has hurt you once and chances are she'll probably do it again. It’s best you try it out with the new girl because it’s a clean slate and there won't be any trust issues. I think GoodManDave nailed it when he said all those things about bragging rights. It's all about her pride and ego now and she's already started digging a hole by asking your friend(s) about your new relationship.

As far as her logic goes I wouldn't even try to understand it because men and women are genetically wired differently anyway. We'll never understand half of the crap they do, if you don’t believe me just go and pick up a copy of Cosmopolitan or Cloe and see how much they interest you or even make sense, besides for the pictures that is.

In case you decide to go against our advice and give her another chance, you make sure she bloody work for it, because after all she’s had many chances before and she missed it all. Good luck and keep the power on your side.
