I do want to be with him he just owns family money right now so that why he don't want a girlfriend but the thing is it would only be once a week

If you want just fun with the guy, then go ahead; like I said before, he just told you timing isn't that great for a serious relationhsip. personally wouldn't want to see a guy just once a week, I would think he'd be s***ing me and probably seeing some other girl, but hey, it's something you have to ask of yourself. If you like him more than he likes you (like anonymous said) you'll be hurting, not him.
