Question # 1:How do you get thin thighs?I have muscular thighs and I want thin thighs..it looks better and is healthier...and I know you can't "spot" treat but how do you get rid of muscle to make them thin?Exercises?

Question # 2:How can you curb appetites and cravings?Tips or advice.

Question # 3:How do you lose water weight?I don't even understand how people get water weight,but how do you lose it?

Question # 4:If I'm 5'3,how much should I weigh?I've used multiple BMI calculators and they all tell me differently.Some did it by age,others just by height.I want to aim for 100/105...I'm 16 if that matters...I just want to get to the very bottom of my BMI range.How much should I weigh?

And I don't want lectures either about "loving myself" or blahblahblah because quite frankly those are irrelevant to the question,nor do I want health lectures.
