He was the one who made the plans in the 1st place..and having been 2 days, he hasn't texted me since...he did say hi at work...

Well, it's difficult to tell what he really thinks, just try to leave him alone and not to contact with him. If he really puts his mind on you, he will come to you and ask you out. Seems that you are appeasing him,("I said it's fine even though I felt hurt") well, this is not a good thing for you to do. Nothing confusing about this. The guy just is not that in to you. In your age group, I cannot imagine what would make him so tired that he could not even have you come over to his place to hang out. Anyways, that isn't a date, that is just lame. So, move on. You deserve better than that. We all do.
