15 Lifelong Bands That Have Been Active For At Least 50 Years in a Row

It's not easy, to keep a band alive, for more than half of a century without a single hiatus. Most bands which started 50 years ago or more, took at least one hiatus or more, during their lifespan. Or they disbanded once and for all. Only a few among them were active continuously, even though there were changes among their line-ups.

    • Which lineup do you consider classic?

    • Mick, Keith, Charlie Watts, Bill Wyman, and then any of Brian Jones, Mick Taylor or Ronnie Wood, any of whom spent enough time and did enough essential albums to be considered core.
