My girlfriend knows I'm the jealous type but hugs every guy she sees I don't know what to do, I'm in love with her and don't know what to do but I just hate that she does that, what do I do?

But she is in another state and I don't know if she is cheating on me, I tried talking but she doesn't listen

I trust her a lot but she doesn't know how much it bugs me and I've talked to her about it

I'm against the average mass here.. If a girlfriend were to do that to me, I would just try to give her more of a reason to "want me" than those other guys.. Basically, I'd try to be my best at every possible second with her - but I wouldn't be "forcing myself".. just.. I guess I'd do the small things?

And honestly.. I'd strongly recommend getting a local girlfriend.. In long distance relationships you just can't do the same things you could do in local ones.. For example, if you were so jealous about her hugging everyone - you could maybe tease her or tickle her when you hugged her.. making it something "pleasurable" versus just a friendship hug..Ya know? or at least then you could see HOW she hugged that person, which would give you more grounds to have a reaction to it...

You, being jealous just cause you can - isn't enough reason to really hold this against her.. Cause in most cases, your only going to push her away.. My rule of thumb: If you can do something better, try that first and foremost.. but if it becomes overwhelming, then talk to your spouse about it.. You'd be surprised at how far some people will go to please their partner.. Just make sure you DESERVE the extra effort (i.e. you try to do right by her as well).

tell her you don't like it. but don't be a douche about it. she continues to do it. and it still bothers you. try to have a talk with her and explain where your coming from so she understands. she obviously has guy friends and her being friends with them doesn't bother you I presume. you just don't want every dude in the tri-state area touching your girl which is understandable.

That's disrespectful I think, tell her how you feel...or give her a dose of her own medicine. She may realize the error of her ways. Tell her with out sounding jealous just be sincere.

dont be too worried about it, I hug my friends and nobody, not even my boyfriend will tell me to do otherwise, the way I see it, that could be the last time I ever see that person.

Trust your girlfriend! A hug is a hug. Some people are just huggy. It doesn't mean she's unfaithful. It's just how she rolls. ^^

This may sound a bit callous, but seriously, just get over it. Believe me, no matter who you're with or where they are, there will always be things to be jealous about. At some point, you're going to have to learn to trust her.

My boyfriend is in another state too, I haven't seen him since LAST June, the whole point in being in a relationship is to TRUST them, if you can't trust them, then why are you with them?
