How would you feel if your mom forgot your birthday?

It seems like every year my mom forgets my birthday and honestly Idek why I’m surprised anymore.

We argued a lot about her new husband and his behaviour and the way she handled it

For me it was the sign dementia was winning. And my mum remembered well into it too. I was surprised. She was always thoughtful. So that hurt.

Nearly everyone else forgets so other than the day off... well half day I take I wouldn't remember

When she was alive she never did, but then it is hard to forget since I was born on July 4.
