My boyfriend and I of 5 years have called off our relationship about 3 weeks ago. I've agreed to the break up because of the way I've been feeling and the way our relationship has been, but yet he wants me to be fine with him like nothing ever happened... it's hard to keep my feelings to my self specially since we live together for the time being its just not making it easy on me. Im in the process of finding an apartment so hopefully I can move out soon. We spoke about taking it slow and getting things to how they once where. My question is How should I act? How should I express my self to him now that we are no longer together. I want us to aventually get back together in time, but I don't want him or my self to get comfortable being in the friend zone yet he wants me to be fine with him like we never broke up. I'm confused has anyone gone through this?

I'd say hang out as much as he wants to. Don't push it, if he is wanting to take it slow, that shows he actually wants to work things out and doesn't want the relationship to go sour again. So, he cares about you. Trust him and let him take the lead, if you push it too much, he may feel overwhelmed and get turned off. You don't want that. Like I said before, let him take the lead and just enjoy the ride=] You'll feel much better because you won't be feeling so desperate (not saying you do), but you WILL feel better. Sounds like you guys must love eachother=]
