Weve been dating for almost 4 months and haven't made out at all for a little over a month. We've had the chance, but she either doesn't want to, or cuts kisses short. Should i make anything if this?

That wouldn't be normal for me.. physical affection is healthy in a relationship. I feel like if she isn't doing it she may have issues with attraction or she could be asexual even. However, it's not fair to assume so you will have to talk to her about it and tell her how much you enjoy kissing her and if there is a reason that she is holding back.
