A girl who was my girlfriend blocked me for no reason?

Basiclly I met this girl online and she lived in Manchester while I live in London and we are young (16) and we had been talking for two months already saying I love you to eachother etc and she genuinely had a passion for me, she used to compliment me, text me in the morning and then suddenly I realised she took 2 hours to reply which was strange for her and I looked on the chat and her name was her username (she blocked me) I looked on Instagram I was blocked on there too, I tried making alternate accounts to message her and she blocks them straight away, tried texting her nothing, I had literally done nothing wrong and the last chat we had went something like
Me:I'm so ill I have the flu
Her:Aw babe get better soon
Me:thanks babe
And that's where she blocked me, she didn't even read the thanks just completely disappeared, I just wanna know what made her block me and want me out her life so quick?

She: met someone else, found out something ab u (whether true or false-enough to cut contact.) She could have extremely protective parents who disapprove of her dating in general or you in particular, who shut you out of all her social media. Hope it works out. :( Let us know what happens.

Alright thanks, she did mention that she still liked her ex but she said she didn't want to go back with him, maybe she got back with him, weird this was that we were the closest people 🙁 I don't think much will happen except me having to move on, thanks again
