There’s this girl I'm interested in and I never know whether to text her because she hardly ever initiates conversation. When I do text her, though, she always responds. I don't text that often. So if I wait for her to text, she won't and then I'll end up texting. I'm talking about every other week or so. How can you know whether she is waiting for me to text her or if she is just being nice and really doesn’t want to talk to me that much?
People tell me if she gives short responses, she's not interested. But what does that mean? Like "yes" or "no" or that stuff?
