How to make a shy girl comfortable??

So this girls likes me and I like her too but she is very very shy. She is different from all the other girls and I actually wanna get to know her.

When I walk in the hallway I catch her looking at me and when I try to make eye contact she does the huge blush thing and looks down, she looks like she just lost her breath every time I look at her. It seems the only way I can get her to talk is through texting which is okay but I want to talk to her in person

Her friends sit next to me in 2 of my classes and ride my bus. I catch them looking at me sometimes but not in the romantic way they

I texted her to meet in school and she kinda sorta didn't show up(this was about 3 weeks ago) but she still texts me

so Monday imma just go initiate a conversation while were waiting for lunch but this is not the problem Because my word play is good.

I just need advice on helping to make her feel comfortable around me

Also I never really got to say hi to her in person because she takes flight every time she sees me or she looks in the opposite direction and try's to whatch me out the corner of her eye

tease her. That's what helped me. I am really shy, but now I can tease guys, which gets me to open up a little more. And break the "touch" barrier. It will subconsiously help. Basically just nudge her playfully once, or poke her in the arm to make a point, or if you're sitting by her, let your legs touch but pretend that you don't know. This will make her feel like if you are comfortable with her, then she can open up a little more too. Never walk past without saying hello, this will make it more awkward to start up a conversation later. If she doesn't see you and you tried to wave, then tell her later, jokingly, that she's a horrible friend for ignoring you. (That always made me blush in middle school, but it got me to joke back. I still blush when I think about the guy doing that...) Oh, and although it might SEEM like a logical idea to ask her friends to help break the ice, (I don't know if you were considering it or not, but it is a possibility) DON'T. This will close her up because she WILL find out. Even if you make them swear not to tell anyone. Because unless they are horrible friends, they will NEVER break the super important rule in "girl-code" (which despite the idea that that is actually a set of pre-determined rules is actually just the "unwritten rule" that all girls just seem to know) They WILL tell her because you can't keep something about a girl's crush a secret from her. It's just wrong.

Be willing to do a lot of talking… and question asking. Speaking as a shy girl, we don't know what to say, so we appreciate it when you take the initiative to ask questions and to fill in by talking when we don't say much.

I used to be a lot more shy than I am now, and during that time, most of the people I ended up getting close to were people who could talk the hind leg off a mule, but also knew when be be quiet, listen, and let me talk.

Also, remember details about her and what she says. That shows her that, even if you do talk a lot to fill in when she's being quiet, you really do care and listen. Shy girls get ignored and overlooked a lot, so when someone really listens and cares about what we say, it means a ton.

Oh, and one-on-one situations can be terrifying when you're in the early stages of getting to know someone, so if you can think of a way to break the ice that is either in a group or in a setting where she doesn't feel put on the spot, that will make her a lot more comfortable. For example, maybe suggest doing homework together or something. That way, she has something to fall back on when she doesn't know what to say, but you're together and she's getting more comfortable with you.

Ask her about herself as much as you can, but sneak in things about yourself as well. Smile a lot, and act very casual and calm, like its no big deal to talk to her. And you have to be patient. Soon, she'll open up to you.

Also, making her laugh (really laugh, not fake laugh) will help a lot :)

Compliment her, too, say she looks nice that day.

you need to ask her questions about herself, and show her your interested. buy her a soda or ask her what her favorite candy is. nothin big tho. jus every so often when you know you will see her give her her fav candy bar or drink. do little things for her. laugh with her and tell her how cool she is to you, and what she says is too. offer to walk her somewhere just you and her, nobody else, hold her hand, kiss her hand. play with her hair too.

oh if she persist then there is a chance she don't like you, well not enough to open up. if a shy girl likes you they will eventually meet up somewhere. give it time and no rushing.

Just don't do anything crazy or drastic-treat her kinda like a scared puppy until she starts to open up.

start with just saying "hi ______" every time you see her. trust me, I'm the shy type (or I was) and this guy I liked would say hi to me a lot, eventually I loosened up and we were able to have a normal conversation.

Smileeeee a ton(when I see a guy smile it makes my nerves go away)and after you actually start talking to her but she still seems uncomfortable, tell her she looks pretty or simply give her a compliment about her clothes or hair.also try joking around with her some and teasing her(nicely)

smile at her. also just go up to her and start talking. dint give anytime to leave. just say hello and start talking about anything. I'm a shy girl and it helps when I meet people tht do this.

Just talk to her one on one, ask her simple questions try to get her number and tell her you want to get to know her more.She will eventually get out of her comfourt zone of her shell.

Just be friendly and smile when you go and talk to her and she will gradually warm up to you when you begin to get to know each other
