I love my boyfriend, but I'm starting to miss the attention I would get from other guys when out. Will it go away?

I was single for a while, and I recently started a relationship with this great guy that I really like, but I find myself missing attention from other guys when I go out. Since we've started being boyfriend and girlfriend, we always go out together, even if we go with our friends. I feel bad, because I would never, ever cheat on someone, but when I was single I would get a lot of attention. No, not bad attention, I've always prided myself in staying classy.

Am I wrong for missing that attention? Will it eventually go away?

Just because you are in a relationship doesn't mean you stop enjoying attention from lots of guys. don't feel guilty about it, only feel guilty of you cheat on your boyfriend. Maybe you arent' ready to be in a relationship and should be single, that way you could play the field and not have to worry at all.

I think it's only human. You don't think we guys still like female attention when we're with someone? Sure we do, especially as we get older, gives us a small ego boost of "we still got it".

As long as you know the boundaries and don't cross them, you're okay.

I haven't gone out without him since we started dating, and I always have a great time when we are out and I don't even think about other guys, but lately I've been wanting to go out with my girls. I don't want to do anything with anyone else, I just miss the attention.

Sorry but you sound shallow. There are so many single people out there who can't, get dates but yet you have a boyfriend and are complaining about not getting attention from other guys? Hate to say this, but your boyfriend doesn't deserve u.

First, I have nothing to do with other people that can't find dates. They only have themselves to blame for that one, and I don?t take responsibility for other people?s love life; yours included. Second, I wasn't complaining. All I was asking was whether this feeling will go away. Lastly, implying that my boyfriend doesn't deserve me (And I think what you really meant to say was that I didn't deserve my boyfriend, you just worded it incorrectly)... is ridiculous. You don't know me or my boyfriend.
