Nothing creepy here. Women are funny, anytime you don't understand or disapprove of something it falls under "creepy." A guy standing outside your window every night, that would be creepy, just to set the record straight. Not trying to start a fight, just callin' it like I see it.
Having said that, he's a guy. He knows what he wants and it is you. However, he is young, naive, inexperienced and his pace proves nothing less. And I hate to say sweetie, but the two kids at 23 should've been two little red flags you saw from the get-go.
There are people who meet and get married inside of a week. Honestly how is this any different than that. It's really not. They are both examples of completely ludicrous behavior. And the "my love " and "babe" dropping inside of two months. It just has a certain "ick" factor akin to baby-talk. Big-time turn off for you I'm sure.
So the way I see it you've got two choices:
One; you can try to pull this ship out of hyper-drive and bring the engines down to a steady idle and see if you can't find a more reasonable, practical pace for this relationship to travel.
Or, and this is my vote,
Two; cut off all contact and run for the hills. He's got a lot to learn. You want to try and train him?
Do yourself a favor. Finish your college career, have some flings, maybe even a relationship or two. I really feel your much too young for this kind of challenge and commitment.

I don't think he's creepy but your no way ready for
any serious relationship if you just got out of a
5 year relationship you need time to heal emotionally
you need to figure out what you want in life at age 23
you still got lot of time to think things over and say
he is the guy for you, yes the guy is moving too fast
he is sort of scaring you away even thou he cares
it's still going through you mind and i don't think your
going to be ready to move in with guy until you decide
what you want do with your life, he has 2 kids to a
previous woman so you have to know it will be a
package deal you need to know when their in marines
he may or may not be stationed in the same state
so you could be moving any where so these are things
you got to consider and i wish you the best of luck:) xD

You ever seen the commercial for I believe Taco Bell where she sits next to the guy on the picnic bench. He starts daydreaming about what their lives would be like together. She starts daydreaming about what it'd be like to have his taco around her pizza (yes, let me hear the sex jokes now) but you get the point. Men, believe it or not, start thinking about all this stuff as soon as we meet supposedly the most perfect woman. Why? We're afraid of her getting away. So, if we push her away by scaring her away, it protects us from her leaving for another man, or for whatever else she would leave... it's a protection thing
