I have an older male neighbor that I'm secretly attracted to. I'm curious to know if any of the following is innocent or if there is something more to it?
On one occasion we we joking around and I was making fun of his age.
He called me a b**tch in a jokingly manner
I replied with "F**k you"
His response was "You'd like it too much"
On another occasion he caught me on the way out to Starbucks
He asked "Where are you going?"
I proceeded to tell him Starbucks
He then requested I get him something and went inside to bring money out to pay for what he'd requested. I then left to Starbucks and returned with his beverage. Handed him his beverage and his change which I think if I remember correctly was 5 or 10 cents. He looked at me then down and my breasts and dropped the change in between my breasts and smiled.
This last time we were joking about something
I responded to him "screw you"
His response was "Not today, you'd enjoy it too much but maybe tomorrow"
Every time we have a conversation he makes it a point to stand really close and makes A LOT of eye contact.
Is this just him being nice or is there something more to it?
He is twice my age and lives alone. Thanks for your input :)

Should I just approach him about this? Or should I just let him keep doing what's he's doing? I am very attracted to him in more than one way but I'm unsure how to hint around that I'm interested.
