My best friend came out as gay recently. We have always been affectionate towards each other. The past few months we've been cuddling and he kisses me on the forehead. I've read online that same gay men do like cuddling their female friends. He knows I have feelings for him and I want these cuddles to continue and he doesn't mind. Good idea? He is not bisexual.

Yes some do... I was friends with a gay guy for a while and he always hugged me. Also, an ex and I had a fight once and his brother's boyfriend saw me upset and just cuddled me for ages. It was very sweet.

Hugs can be sexual but are not always.
