Haha he loves to annoy you because HE LIKES YOU. And yes it is part of the game. It is supposed to show how you react and allows him to see how you feel. If you like him, than just keep going where you are going. I wouldn't straight up ask him unless you are that confident he likes you, but just keep "play fighting" and flirting if it is something that you want to pursue and see where it takes you. In all honesty it is quite easy to see that he likes you.

Ok touch barrier? What does he want to do to me exactly I think he likes me but I'm not sure and he is always play fighting with me hence he will be very cheeky and he will just start to play fight

I am touching him back but not sure what else to do? Like I know he is definitely not good with words and neither am I so for now I think me and him are both testing the waters but I do want to somehow say to him that I do like him and for him to maybe say he likes me in the words but it's difficult
if you're too shy to do something directly then you can put it to chance and stage it, kind of tackle him the next time you two are playing, but make sure you tackle him in an area where its okay to fall down, as you tackle him, fall with him, if you want you can make sure he lands on top of you, then you can see what he does, but you can land on top of him and see how he takes it as well.
