Does he see me as a little sister?

this isn't about a guy I like, I just have been seeing maybe a few signs he treats me more than a friend but like a sister
I've known him for a little over a year now and we have grown really tight over these few years. I do theatre and so does he so we have spent 9+ months together every day so that's bound to bring people together... This is a really nice guy who we will call Phillip
Phillip is super nice and hilarious and I think he thinks of me as a LITTLE sister because A) he is 3 years older then me (I'm 13 and he is turning 16) and B) just look at the signs
1) He calls me "Sis" it's only been 2 times across text but we don't see each other as often as we did 3 weeks ago.
2) I sat behind him on the couch and he took my head and flipped me over while he said "And he comes in with the smash"
3) he always picks on me, okay don't laugh but I played thing 2 in Cat In The Hat and my only lines were "how do you do" "and thing two" so during mic checks that's the only lines I would say and he would always come behind me and repeat those words
4) he askes me to do favors for him, little favors like throwing his Taco Bell bag away but it counts!
5) he tells me to "shut up", he was laying on the green room couch and I was staring at him and he opens his eyes looks at me says "shut up Hannah" and carrys on with his day
6) He says "oh my god Hannah your growing up so fast", we were taking a picture and he randomly said that I don't know if that means anything but I thought I'd just include it
7) He layed on my, that's pretty self explanatory, but we were in the green room and I was on the couch he sits down and spreads his legs across me and said "I'm the only one who can do this"
8) He said "Hannah, watch your launguage" he has done this to one other girl on Instagram but yeah
9) people literally think we are siblings, in a play 2 people thought we were legitament brother and sister
Now he doesn't have a sister irl.
That's pretty much it, please tell me what you think!!
