Gold-digger alert? Really? Seriously?
It depends on the situation. I could see a gold-digger situation playing out, but it's not likely. That would probably be some California valley blond bimbo or Long Island girl. Most gold-diggers are tactful, and know better than to think their high-prized prey is that dumb or stupid.
A more likely reason a girl would do that is because she's shy. She's not socially smooth, she's not confident, she doesn't want to seem whatever she, or her friends, or her mother, or Cosmo, or Tamikaze think or tell her she'll seem like if she just asks the guy for his phone number directly and openly. I would just take it as shy tactfulness.
Then again, it could also mean nothing. Like, if my friend introduced me, we started talking, she told me she was looking to get divorced, I mentioned I could help her file, and she asked me for my business card.

I would think she's deserves a muffin for going for what she wants.
Many girls these days wouldn't even go for that, and firmly believe it's the man's duty to offer a business card out of courtesy as well as a bouquet of compliments on how well she did her hair this morning.
No. It's a business card, nothing personal on it. it's networking

I would think she wants to know what I do for work and is sizing up my wallet unless I'm actually doing business with her. Why ask for a business car if you are interested in the man. You're not going to call him at work.
No.I will think she likes me if she just ask me the phone No..
No ...i wouldn't think that.
