Feminine - hairless body, tanned, thin and lanky or mildly toned, tries to look attractive, grooms himself alot, emotional, wears collogne, affectionate, wears make-up sometimes etc.
What is more attractive, the manly man or the feminine man?
I like guys with manly attitudes but still put in effort to look good. It's not feminine for a man to try to look attractive to women. If a man is attracted to women, then it's SMART to groom himself to be appealing to women. So I think your definitions are a bit off.
I would take some traits you listed for the masculine guy and a few that you listed for the feminine guy, but overall I prefer a macho type
**MASCULINE**
strong - VERY ATTRACTIVE
muscular - VERY ATTRACTIVE
has hair on body - I DONT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT BUT TYPICALLY THE GUYS I DATE NATURALLY DONT HAVE VERY HEAVY BODY HAIR, IM NOT ATTRACTED TO MEN WHO ARE EXTREMELY HAIRY. SOME PPL JUST DONT GROW A LOT OF BODY HAIR
doesn't style his hair - NO, I WANT A GUY WHO CARES WHAT HE LOOKS LIKE. HE DOESNT HAVE TO BE HIGH MAINTANENCE BUT LOOK LIKE YOU GIVE A F***
doesn't cry or get oversentimental - EVERYONE CRIES. I'M SURE IF SOMEONE CLOSE TO HIM DIED HE'D CRY, THAT'S NORMAL. BUT I DONT WANT A GUY WHO'S OVEREMOTIONAL
doesn't try to look good - I WON'T BE WITH A GUY WHO ISN'T ATTRACTIVE
good provider - GREAT
protective - I LOVE THAT IN A MAN
courageous - LOVE THAT TOO
**FEMININE**
hairless body - EVERYONE HAS A BIT OF BODY HAIR. I DONT WANT A GUY WHO GOES TO THE EXCESS OF REMOVING ALL OF HIS HAIR LIKE A FEMALE, THATS GAY
tanned - I LIKE GUYS WITH NATURALLY DARK SKIN
thin and lanky or mildly toned - I PREFER MUSCULAR GUYS BUT I'LL TAKE A SLIM TONED GUY. I'M NOT TOO INTO SKINNY GUYS
tries to look attractive - THAT'S WHAT'S UP! I REALLY LIKE GUYS WHO TAKE CARE OF THEIR APPEARANCE AND TRY TO LOOK GOOD FOR ME. IF I CARE ABOUT LOOKING GOOD FOR YOU, DONT YOU THINK I WANT SOME EYE CANDY? WOMEN ARE NOT BLIND WE WANT A GOOD LOOKING GUY TOO
grooms himself a lot - THAT'S FINE AS LONG AS HIS GROOMING ISN'T EFFEMINATE. DONT HAVE ARCHED THIN EYEBROWS AND SHIT JUST MAINTAIN YOURSELF
emotional - EVERYONE HAS EMOTIONS BUT DONT GET CAUGHT IN YOUR FEELINGS AND ACT OVEREMOTIONAL, THATS UNATTRACTIVE FOR A GUY
wears collogne - LOVE THAT
affectionate - MAKES ME FEEL CARED ABOUT. JUST DONT BE SUPER CLINGY
wears make-up sometimes - WTF THAT'S GAY
Arched Thin Eyebrows.
Damn I always wanted to know what was called. It looks so dumb yet so many people have it.
I think there has to be a balance between both...with the masculine guy I like him being strong and being protective and courageous...with the feminine guy I like him being emotional and wearing cologne and being affectionate...but if I could only choose one I would choose a masculine man if I wanted the type of feminine man you describe then I might as well be a lesbian and date a girl and I'm totally straight :)
The man who is comfortable being himself, regardless of whether society deems his traits as "masculine" or "feminine".
And in reality, most people have a combination of "masculine" and "feminine" traits.
Sooo the only difference between a "masculine" "man" and a "feminine" "man" is that the "masculine" one is more muscular and doesn't really care about his personal hygiene, while the "feminine" one is too obsessed with it and does stuff not even girls should do (makeup)?
Charming. I never knew that's all masculinity and femininity was about.
Not caring about your appearance at all ~ lack of personal hygiene, no?
Hmmm what about masculine guy who naturally doesn't have much body hair and isn't afraid to show his emotions?
I honostly think a combination would be best.
AHHH OK lol... sorry >.<

a little bit of both. id like from the first column: strong. muscular. hair on his body. good provider. protective. courageous
and from the second id like: tries to be attractive. not emotional but willing to share his emotions. cologne. affectionate.
Oh look it's a little from column A and a little from column B guy failling from the sky on his white horse, bags of money. He lands on one knee and smiles at lisa and says: "Lisa, stop fantasizing about this sh*t, wake up and get real or you'll miss out."
At that point Lisa came to, closing her book and realizing that she was home ***alone**, reading a book with her mother still on the phone.

lmao! you guys are crazy! there are guys like that here in SouthCarolina. I don't know where you're from but its the norm. when I say good provider I don't mean RICH AS F***! I've had boyfriends who made good amounts of money from their farms.
Manly man for sure. Except I'd prefer him to have some emotion and be affectionate. He doesn't need to be a brick wall. I'd never want a guy that I described as "emotional" though like the feminine guy. They tend to be over the top and very sensitive. Almost everything you described for the feminine guy is like dating a girl. I'm straight lol
totally
There is a different between a stereotypical macho egotistical masculine man and a man who is masculine but isn't afraid to show a compassionate sweet side. I like the latter.
I know. I'm just saying.
haha that's like asking a fish if he prefers water or land!
and by the way your definitions of feminine and masculine are kind of strange...what does a tan have to do with it?
The manly man sounds way too stoic, and the feminine guy sounds like a complete wuss. Can I have a mixture of both?
If it's a stereotypical girl as well, then she'd be super feminine and want the hard ass guy.
Slightly feminine by far.
