If she blows you off, you've lost nothing and you have your answer. On the other hand, if you can, make eye contact and smile to see if she smiles back. If she does, then go over and talk with her, ASK HER IF YOU CAN CALL HER IF YOU CAN CALL HER SOMETIME AND IF SHE SAYS YES, GET HER NUMBER AND CALL HER. Just go there and be casual. Say hello as if nothing has happened and forget the whole idea you told her to text you. Honestly, I'd be kind of freaked out to text a guy to hang out, I'd feel like that's his job to ask me. So just go there and say hey would you like to hang out sometime? How about this weekend, this time this place, etc. If she turns you down, well then there are plenty of other gamestops and ebay XD
i would go in there and just see what happens. but don't say anything about the texting. see if she says something like " I really meant to text you but I've been busy" or whatever she says. if she doesn't say anything maybe it didn't even connect that she hasn't texted you. and if you go in there, you will be fresh in her mind and maybe she will text you later on that night :)
