From what I've read, semen contains protein, fructose, spermine, zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and maybe some other things. Protein nourishes and tightens skin, which means that it has anti-wrinkle properties. Fructose sustains the protein, which gives it additional time to absorb and do its magic. Spermine is an antioxidant that has been touted as 30x stronger than Vitamin E. Zinc is regularly sold in topical treatments for acne, because zinc deficiency is one of the primary causes of acne. However, it should be noted that the amount of zinc in semen is very small compared to what you would get in topical creams from the store.
I could continue, but the point should be clear: semen evolved to be a life-sustaining fluid for sperm and possibly a life-improving fluid for women. Whether the (ahem) cocktail is beneficial enough to treat bacne is questionable, to say the least, but there is a rational basis for thinking that it would be better than no treatment at all. You would probably be best served by a topical cream from the store, but if the bacne is not a terrible problem and you are just looking for an excuse or justification to be a little kinky, then you have your justification now ;)
