I sweat enormously on face! It's so embarrassing. What can I do to stop it?

I've started to sweat a lot on my face. I can't wear make up because it literally swelters off. It's so embarrassing that I'm covered with sweat drops. I don't need to do anything, it's enough that I just sit... Any idea what can cause this? And more importantly, is there any way to stop it?

i am the same way and i'm not over weight at all (atleast not in fat)... my lower body sweats profusely so I don't enjoy wearing long pants... what helps is to wear light breathable clothing in the rest of your body so you can stay at a coll lower temperature.. another thing that helps is that if you live in a humid or sunny climate it would be helpful to wear light summer colors often so you don't absorb the heat rays and thus raise your body temp that makes you sweat... you sweat profusely because this is the genetic make up of your body which in my opinion is superior to many other people because it means you have a more effective cooling rate... this will probably change as you become older since you are still in a growing phase (you don't stop growing and maturing until you are 26-28 years of age)...

If your overweight thats a factor. Also applying anti-persperant to too many areas and too liberally can leave the face as the only option to seat. Finally make sure to wear clothes that are weather appropriate and let your skin "breath". It can also be puberty though that sounds odd, say something to your doctor when you are in next

Glad I could help, I sweat a lot too and I know if I put anti-persperant on my back and other places I sweat from the forehead alot. I resort to showering a lot and avoid overexerting myself, I've also looked into absorbant padding since I sweat in the same few areas

Botox can temporarily block sweating I believe it lasts up to between 3 months to 6 months. People even get it done under their arms. Maybe try that? Google it
