There's no way to target weight loss. You lose weight all over your body pretty much equally.
Cardio is what gets rid of fat. Try running on a treadmill or elliptical every other day. You need at least 20 mins of your heart pumping before you actually start to burn fat. Walking around the block after your biggest meal and drinking a glass of cold water will help speed your metabolism
Try to cut at least some junk food and pop out of your diet. Wait 20 minutes before getting seconds so you have time to digest and feel full.
