Basically, I got acne at the age or 9, and I had it until I was 22. I tried EVERYTHING. Nothing helped. My mum wouldn't let me see a doctor about it because she thinks pills are too unnatural. Eventually, when I was 22, I decided to try the 'unhealthy doctor pills'.
I took them for a couple of weeks, the lowest dosage type, and my acne disappeared completely and never came back. I used to wake up with 20+ pimples every day, and now I might get one small one a month, if that.
So I'd suggest going to the doctors and getting some antibiotics or other pills. Get your hormones tested for irregularities. Give up on any crazy harsh skin care routines you might have. Use oil free moisturizer. But most importantly, see a doctor. It was the best thing I've ever done.

Try apple cider vinegar because it helps dry out the pimples which you can use as a toner at night if the smell bothers you. Try washing your face with dial or some other antibacterial soap and then use cocoa butter on your skin. Also you should try washing your face with warm water then rinsing it off with cold water. If you drink a lot of water for a while that should help too. Oh and wash your bed sheets and pillows and pillow cases every week. Don't do too much to your face because that will make things worse.
Try changing your pillowcases every other day.

are you talking about acne? or dark spots? dark spots can be just your skin pigmentation or a side effect from medication. they could also be acne scars left behind.
Buy some skin products from me lol XD
