Do I have to workout more to see results?

I work 5 times a week or more or less. Approximately 29 hours. I work in a supermarket. So im always on the move.
My question is; when I'm at home should I just do some weightlifting and ab workouts? Or more if I want to see some results?
I'm not that fat but a little bit chubby. So can I have some advice?
Do I have to workout more to see results?
