My question is; when I'm at home should I just do some weightlifting and ab workouts? Or more if I want to see some results?
I'm not that fat but a little bit chubby. So can I have some advice?
First of all set your goal about what you want to achieve and the means to achieve it, now what I have noticed is that you want to be a bit more toned so there are few things which you should do to achieve it.
1- Most important is eating clean, means green vegetables, minimum oil, better if you use fish oil but not more than a table spoon of consumption for the whole day (you figure out how to manage your cooked meals in that) also drink plenty of water and small meals after every 3-4 hours. Meal size about your hand or your fist.
2- You are working in a supermarket which means lots of physical movement so try to think that you are working out when you are at work, basically making your body feels that you are burning calories, it will make your body burn twice the calories you normally burn during your working hours.
3- After getting home, you can mix up two things for the workout, whole body workout in the evening, which mostly involve lifting weights for different body parts, do not work same muscle daily, give a gap of 2-3 days for that muscle to be fully healed. Also, do cardio every morning before going to work. That does not involve boring jogging and same speed or walk, mix things up a little in their, create 1min high intensity cardio 30 seconds low intensity cardio or 1 min for each and goes on with it for the next 20-30min. Furthermore, lifting weights no more than 5 days, better is two days on 1 day off two days on two days off for the whole week. But in your days off increase your morning cardio to 45min.
You will see the results soon. Good Luck :)
You're doing a ton of exercise. If you're feeling chubby, you either have a body image disorder, or its what you eat.
Clearly anything is better than nothing, but you really should get to the gym for additional cardio and weights.

yes you should. honestly that lunch break that you have can cover up all the calories you burnt while you were moving around working, most likely. do some at home exercises. do super sets, that will kill you and definitely show results so like do ab workouts followed by some push ups, leg lifts, planks to strengthen your core, jumping jacks, rinse and repeat. and then do HIIT exercises too if you can, so like uphill sprints is a really good one, you can actually build muscle off that.
you're working out 29hours a week? that is awesome good for you
sure if you increase your workouts you may see faster results but I honestly think you are more than on the right path to getting in better shape
Yes, start with that, and go for a good 1/2 hour walk every night, or walk to work if that is possible.
Upper/Lower split with abs on alternate are best for you since home equipment aren't that heavier
